功能主治
止咳平喘，利温祛痰。用于单纯型慢性气管炎，喘息型慢性气管炎，哮喘（除心脏引起的）等症。
用法用量
贴于胸、背部支气管分布区的穴位，一日更换一次。
附常用贴药穴位部位：
1.天突：胸骨柄上缘凹陷处。
2.身柱：第三胸椎棘突下。
3.大椎：第七颈椎棘突下。
4.定喘：大椎穴旁开0.5寸处。
5.外定喘：大椎穴旁开1.5寸处。
6.肺俞：第三胸椎棘突下旁开1.5寸处。
7.丰隆：犊鼻下8寸，胫骨前脊外侧约2寸处。
8.膻中：胸骨中线上，平第四肋间隙，正当两乳之间。

注意事项
1.在贴药前应将贴敷部位擦洗干净，便于贴药和疗效的发挥。
2.适应症、疗程及贴药次数：
(1)治疗咳嗽：一般1-2次即可，对于时间较长的咳嗽患者贴药3-5次即可，对受寒引起的咳嗽，效果更佳。受寒引起咳嗽的主要症状：咳嗽声重有力，咳痰稀，痰多为白色，多数伴有咽喉发痒、鼻寒、流清鼻涕、肢体酸困、舌苔薄白、脉浮、体温不高或轻微发热。
(2)治疗慢性气管炎、哮喘：一般贴药1-2次即可见效，但为了巩固疗效，应多贴几次，一般7次为1个疗程，以2-3个疗程为宜，慢性气管炎、哮喘大多属于虚寒型，贴用咳喘膏很合适。
3.每次贴药时间长短的掌握：
(1)对于小儿，皮肤娇嫩可适当缩短贴敷时间，但每天不应少于6小时为宜。
(2)气管炎、哮喘患者，贴药次数较多者，每次换药时间可间隔5-8个小时，以促使皮肤恢复；一般贴药1个疗程后，间隔2-3天，再贴第2个疗程。
4.贴敷过程中皮肤过敏如何处理? 本药因为是利用中医天灸的原理，利用白芥子发泡的功效，让皮肤发红，起小水泡，以增加人体免疫力，皮肤发红，起小水泡为正常现象，水泡内为免疫液，不必挤破，如破溃，可抹红霉素软膏即可。起水泡后可在旁边换一位置贴敷。个别人有搔痒症状的可涂抹皮炎平软膏，并停止用药，间歇4-8小时再贴。
