功能主治
清肺，止咳，平喘。用于支气管炎，咳嗽痰多。
用法用量
口服。一次10ml，一日3～4次。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
1.对盐酸麻黄碱过敏者禁用。
2.交叉过敏反应:对其他拟交感胺类药如腺素过敏者禁用。
3.冠心病、高血压、甲状腺功能亢进禁用。
4.孕妇慎用；哺乳期妇女禁用。
5.肝肾功能不全者禁用。
6.糖尿病、窄角型青光眼患者慎用。
7.镰状细胞贫血患者慎用。
注意事项
本品是中西药复方制剂，鉴于尚无充分的临床研究数据证实本复方制剂可以减低或消除其中化学药品的不良反应或其他应当注意的事项，故在此项下罗列与化学药品关联的相关内容，以提示医患在使用本品时予以关注。
1.本药含有氯化铵、盐酸麻黄碱。氯化铵为刺激性祛痰药，单用时日服剂量一般不得超过180mg。盐酸麻黄碱为拟肾上腺素药，单用时日服剂量一般不得超过90mg；一日服用极量为150mg.
2.盐酸麻黄碱单独使用时主要不良反应为头痛，头晕，心率加快，多汗，焦虑不安，失眠等。对前列腺肥大者可引起排尿困难。
3.氯化铵单独使用时主要不良反应为恶心、呕吐，过量或长期服用可造成酸中毒和低钾血症。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
