功能主治
清热燥湿，行气止痛，止泻止痢。本品用于大肠湿热，赤白下痢，里急后重或暴注下泻，肛门灼热;肠炎、痢疾见上述证候者。
用法用量
口服，一次4片，一日3次。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
本品是中西复方制剂，鉴于尚无充分的临床研究数据证实本复方制剂可以减低或消除其中化学药品的不良反应或其他应当注意的事项，故在此罗列口服所含化学药品的相关内容，以提示医患在使用本品时予以关注。本药含有盐酸小檗碱，盐酸小檗碱属于抗菌药，单用时日服剂量一般不得超过0.3～0.9g。
注意事项
1、口服不良反应较少，偶有恶心、呕吐、皮疹和药热，停药后消失。
2、对本品过敏者、溶血性贫血患者禁用。
3、妊娠期头三个月慎用。
4、当药品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
5、含鞣质的中药与盐酸小檗碱合用后，由于鞣质是生物碱沉淀剂，二者结合，生成难溶性鞣酸盐沉淀，降低疗效。
