功能主治
补益肝肾，养血活血，舒筋活络，理气止痛。用于肝肾不足、血瘀气滞、脉络痹阻所致的骨性关节炎、腰肌劳损，症见关节肿胀、疼痛、麻木、活动受限。
用法用量
口服。一次6g，一日2次。早晚饭后服用
不良反应
1.偶有肝功能异常、皮疹、瘙痒、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、胃痛、血压升高等不良反应报告。
2.肝损伤多为胆汁瘀积型肝炎，肝功能异常的临床表现较为一致，主要为乏力、纳差、尿黄、皮肤瘙痒、大便颜色灰白、皮肤巩膜黄染，个别病例(2例)出现肝脏增大，部分病例肝脏酶学指标异常。所以已报告的不良反应病例经停药，对症治疗，患者预后情况良好。
禁忌
肝功能不全、孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品可能引起肝损伤。
2.肝功能不全、孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
3.在治疗期间应注意肝功能监测，如发现肝功能异常，应立即停药，并采取相应的处理。
4.应在医生指导下严格按照适应症使用，避免大剂量、长疗程服用。
5.肝功能不良、肝肾阴虚(主要症状为五心烦热，颧红盗汗，目涩咽干等)、特异体质以及既往有肝病史、药物性肝损害的患者慎用，此类患者每疗程结束后建议检查肝功能或遵医嘱。
6.三十天为一疗程，长期服用者每疗程之间应间隔15-20天。
7.使用本品出现乏力、纳差、尿黄、皮肤瘙痒、大便颜色灰白、皮肤巩膜黄染等症状时应及时停药并检查肝功能。
