功能主治
清热解毒、抗菌消炎。用于上呼吸道感染，细菌性痢疾。
用法用量
口服。一次0.1～0.15g(2～3片)，一日3～4次。
不良反应
1.在临床上口服穿心莲每次0.5g，每日4次，首剂加倍，可使部分患者血清sGPT暂时升高，停药后逐渐恢复。
2.而每次服0.3g，每日3次，连服5日，对肝肾功能无明显影响。但偶见皮肤过敏性药疹等过敏反应。
3.有2例在服药期间出现头晕、视物不清、欲睡、手足麻木，2小时后缓解，再次服药，症状又发且欲睡不能自持。
禁忌
1.对本品可是牛乳过敏者禁用。
2.忌辛辣、刺激、油腻饮食。
注意事项
1.忌烟、酒及辛辣食物。
2.有高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、肝病、肾病等慢性病严重者应在医师指导下服用。
3.服药3天症状无缓解，应去医院就诊。
4.儿童、年老体弱者应在医师指导下服用。
5.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
7.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
8.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
9.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
遮光、密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
