功能主治
益气保元，化瘀去毒，理气通下。用于胃肠手术后腹胀，胃肠活动减弱，老年性慢性便秘，气虚腹胀等症。
用法用量
1.术前给药：口服，腹部手术前1-3天,一次15-30g,一日2次或遵医嘱。 2.术中给药：胃肠吻合完成前，经导管注入远端肠管40-60g（用水稀释2-3倍）或遵医嘱。 3.术后给药：术后6-8小时，口服，一次20-30g，一日2次或遵医嘱。 4.老年性便秘：口服，一次10-20g，一日2次或遵医嘱。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
孕妇及腹泻者忌服。
贮藏
密封，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存。
