功能主治

活血祛瘀，通经活络。用于跌打损伤，肋背拘紧作痛，肢体酸软。

用法用量

温开水或陈酒送服，一次3～6粒，一日1～2次。

不良反应

服药后如果出现唇舌发麻、头痛头昏、腹痛腹泻、心烦欲呕、呼吸困难等情况，应立即停药并到医院就医。有文献报道酒可能增加乌头类药物的毒性而导致中毒。

禁忌

1.孕妇及哺乳期妇女忌服。
2.肝、肾功能不全者禁服。
3.高血压、心脏病患者禁用。

注意事项

1.本品含乌头碱，应严格在医生指导下按规定量服用。不得任意增加服用量和服用时间。服药后如果出现唇舌发麻、头痛头昏、腹痛腹泻、心烦欲呕、呼吸困难等情况，应立即停药并到医院就医。有文献报道酒可能增加乌头类药物的毒性而导致中毒。
2.本品含朱砂，不宜长期服用。服用本品期间应定期检查血、尿中汞离子浓度，检查肝、肾功能，如超过规定限度者应立即停药。
