功能主治
本品用于活血化瘀，通络止痛。用于中风后遗症，冠心病，心绞痛。
用法用量
1.本品肌内注射，一次5mg，一日2次。 2.静脉滴注，一次10－20mg，用500ml 10%葡萄糖注射液稀释后使用，一日1次。
不良反应
本品使用本品后，偶见全身发痒、胸闷、乏力、皮疹、心悸等现象。
禁忌
本品脑出血急性期或有出血倾向的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品与PH值低于4.2的溶液使用时，可使药物析出，故不得与酸性较高的输液或药物合用；静脉滴注药液出现混浊、沉淀时请勿继续使用。
2.本品与氨基糖苷类药物（如硫酸庆大霉素）反应产生沉淀，使用本品所用的注射器、输液器不得与氨基糖苷类药物有接触。
3.药瓶出现破裂，铝盖外翻松动等情况时，请勿使用。
4.过敏体质者慎用。
5.个别患者出现皮肤瘙痒，停药后自行消失。
