功能主治
本品用于活血祛瘀;扩张血管，改善血液循环。用于视网膜中央静脉阻塞，脑血管病后遗症，内眼病，眼前房出血等。
用法用量
1.静脉注射 一次2～5ml,以氯化钠注射液20～40ml 稀释后使用,一日1～2次。 2.静脉滴注 一次2～5ml,用10%葡萄糖注射液250～500ml稀释后使用,一日1～2次。 3.肌内注射 一次2～5ml,一日1～2次。 4.理疗 一次2ml,加注射用水3ml,从负极导入。
不良反应
1.偶有过敏反应,如皮疹、荨麻疹、斑丘疹、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤溃疡、溃疡性口炎;
2.发热、寒颤、畏寒、多汗、呼吸困难、胸闷、心悸、面色发青、面色潮红、血压升高、过敏样反应、过敏性休克;
3.头晕、头痛、嗜睡;
4.恶心、呕吐、口苦、口干;
5.静脉炎、关节痛、局部疼痛;
6.与海王降纤酶及三七类中药针剂合用至皮下出血。
禁忌
1.大剂量使用时，需观察血压变化
2.低血压者慎用
3.不推荐本品与其它药物在同一容器内混合使用。
注意事项
本品遇冷可能析出结晶，可置50～80℃热水中溶解，放冷至室温即可使用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
