功能主治

收敛、止血。用于内痔出血，各期内痔，静脉曲张性混合痔。

用法用量

肛门镜下内痔局部注射。 内痔出血，早期内痔：用本品原液注射到粘膜下层；用量相当于内痔的体积为宜。中、晚期内痔和静脉曲张性混合痔：按四步注射法进行。第一步注射到内痔上方粘膜下层动脉区；第二步注射到内痔粘膜下层；第三步注射到粘膜固有层；第四步注射到齿线上方痔底部粘膜下层。第一步和第四步用1%普鲁卡因注射液稀释本品原液，使成1:1。第二步和第三步用1%普鲁卡因注射液稀释本品原液，使成2：1。根据痔的大小，每个内痔注入6～13ml，总量20～40ml。

不良反应

偶见出血。

禁忌

内痔嵌顿发炎，皮赘性外痔忌用。

注意事项

1、本品含局部止痛药三氯叔丁醇，经查询《中国药典临床用药须知》2000年版，三氯叔丁醇项下有以下不良反应：本品急性中毒可发生中枢神经系统抑制，伴有乏力、知觉丧失、呼吸抑制。曾有报道作为肝素注射液中防腐剂，注射后发生过敏反应。
2、本品含低分子右旋糖酐，经查询《中国药典临床用药须知》2000年版，右旋糖酐项下有以下不良反应：右旋糖酐可引起“类过敏或过敏反应”，临床表现为皮肤红晕，也可表现为呼吸、循环衰竭以致死亡，发生率为0.03%～4.7%。
3、本品含抗凝血药枸橼酸钠，经查询《中国药典临床用药须知》2000年版，枸橼酸钠项下有以下不良反应：大量快速输入用枸橼酸钠抗凝的血液或血浆时，受血者可因血钙过低和代谢性碱中毒而出现口唇发麻，手足搐搦，甚至出血倾向，血压下降，心室颤动或停搏。其注意事项为：在成年人中，枸橼酸钠中毒剂量为15g左右，相当于4000～5000ml枸橼酸钠抗凝血。
4、本品含抗氧剂亚硫酸氢钠，经查询《药剂辅料大全》417页，亚硫酸氢钠项下[安全性]指出：在常用剂量下是安全的。
5、本品含药用辅料甘油，经查询《药剂辅料大全》337―338页，甘油项下[安全性]指出：本品在体内可水解、氧化成营养物质，大剂量注射会出现惊厥、麻痹和溶血。
6、运动员慎用。
