功能主治
清热利胆，平肝养血，降低血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶。用于治疗慢性肝炎。
用法用量
口服，一次3粒，一日3次，四周为一疗程。肝功能正常后再服两个疗程，药量可酌减。
不良反应
1.嗳气、便秘。|2.偶可发生奶-碱综合征，表现为高血钙、碱中毒及肾功能不全。|3.过量长期服用可引起胃酸分泌反跳性增高，并可发生高钙血症。
禁忌
1.高钙血症、高尿血症、含钙肾结石或有肾结石病史者禁用。|2.服用洋地黄类药物期间禁用。
注意事项
本品含有碳酸钙，鉴于尚无充分的临床研究数据证实本复方制剂可以减低或消除其中碳酸钙的不良反应或其他应当注意的事项，故在此罗列与碳酸钙相关的内容，以提示医生和患者在使用本品时予以关注。|1.碳酸钙属于补钙药，中和胃酸药，单用时日服剂量一般不得超过6g。|2.心肾功能不全者慎用。|3.大量饮用含酒精和咖啡因的饮料、大量吸烟以及大量进食富含纤维素的食物，均会抑制口服钙剂的吸收。|4.碳酸钙与苯妥因钠类以及四环素同用，二者吸收均减低。|5.维生素D、避孕药、雌激素能增加钙的吸收。|6.含铝的抗酸药与碳酸钙同服时，铝的吸收增多。|7.与钙通道阻滞剂(如硝苯地平)同用，血钙可明显升高至正常以上，但盐酸维拉帕米等的作用则降低。|8.碳酸钙与噻嗪类利尿药合用时，易发生高钙血症。|9.碳酸钙与含钾药物合用时，应注意心律失常。|10.与氧化镁等有轻泻作用制酸药合用或交叉应用，可减少嗳气、便秘等副作用。|11.以下为单独使用碳酸钙时的不良反应：|(1)嗳气、便秘。|(2)偶可发生奶-碱综合征，表现为高血钙、碱中毒及肾功能不全。|(3)过量长期服用可引起胃酸分泌反跳性增高，并可发生高钙血症。
