功能主治
补肾健脾，活血利湿。用于改善慢性肾小球肾炎所至的慢性肾衰竭（代偿期、失代偿期和衰竭期）非透析患者气阴两虚兼浊证患者出现的恶心、呕吐、食少纳呆．口干咽燥、大便干结等。
用法用量
口服:一次4片,一日3次,疗程为8周。
不良反应
1.服药后可出现腹胀、腹泻等症状，停药后可自行消失。
2.服药后部分患者出现了肝功能(ALTAST)的异常，不排除与药物有关。
禁忌
对参乌益肾片成份过敏者及孕妇忌服。
注意事项
1.参乌益肾片主要用于改善临床症状，治疗过程中可以根据病情配合使用降压、抗感染、纠正酸碱平衡和电解质紊乱，改善肾性贫血等治疗，并注意配合合理的饮食方案。
2.用药过程中应该定期复查肾功能。
3.用药过程可出现白细胞血小板异常，无法判断与药物是否有关。
4.用药治疗过程中注意定期观察患者红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板及肝功能等变化。
5.出现腹泻症状时，可减量服用或遵医嘱。
6.平时便溏者慎用。
