功能主治
用于表邪未解、郁里化引起的重症感冒，症见恶寒、高热、头痛、四肢酸痛、咽痛、鼻塞、咳嗽等。
用法用量
口服，一次3-4粒，一日3-4次。
不良反应
1.可见困倦、嗜睡、口渴、虚弱感。
2.偶见皮疹、荨麻疹、药热及粒细胞减少。
3.长期大量用药会导致肝肾功能异常。
禁忌
1.对马来酸氯苯那敏过敏者禁用。
2.安乃近与阿司匹林存在交叉过敏反应，对阿司匹林过敏者禁用安乃近。
3.对安乃近或氨基比林有过敏者史禁用。
4.对吡唑酮类药物有过敏史者禁用。
5.高空作业者、车辆驾驶人员、机械操作人员工作时间禁用。
注意事项
本品是中西药复方制剂，鉴于尚无充分的临床研究数据证实本复方制剂可以减低或消除其中化学药品的不良反应或其他应当注意的事项，故在此项下罗列与化学药品关联的相关内容，以提示医患在使用本品时予以关注。
1.本药含有马来酸氯苯那敏、安乃近，后者是氨基比林和硫酸钠相结合的化合物。马来酸氯苯那敏为组织胺H1受体拮抗剂，单用时日服剂量一般不得超过24mg。安乃近为解热镇痛类药，用于解热、镇痛单用时日服剂量一般不得超过3000mg。
2.马来酸氯苯那敏单独使用时主要不良反应为嗜睡、口渴、多尿、咽喉痛、困倦、虚弱感、心悸、皮肤瘀斑、出血倾向。老年人较敏感应适当减量；新生儿、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、膀胱颈梗阻、幽门十二指肠梗阻、甲状腺机能亢进，高血压和前列腺肥大者慎用。
3.安乃近单独使用时主要不良反应为：
(1)血液方面，可引起粒细胞缺乏症、免疫性溶血性贫血、血小板减少性紫癜及再生障碍性贫血等；
(2)皮肤方面，可引起荨麻疹、渗出性红斑、剥脱性皮炎及表皮松懈症等；
(3)个别病例可发生过敏性休克，甚至导致死亡。老年人慎用；孕妇、哺乳期妇女不宜使用。安乃近用药超过1周时应定期检查血象，一旦发生粒细胞减少，应立即停药。
