功能主治
缓和药，常与化痰止咳药配伍应用，能减轻对咽部黏膜的刺激，并有缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛与去氧皮质酮样作用。用于支气管炎，咽喉炎，支气管哮喘，慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症。
用法用量
口服，2～5岁一次5毫升，2岁以下酌情递减，5岁以上一次5～10毫升，一日3～4次。

本品连续服用较大剂量时，可出现水肿、高血压等症状，停药后症状逐渐消失。
