功能主治
活血、化瘀、通脉。用于冠心病稳定型劳累性心绞痛。中医辨证为心血瘀阻证，症见胸痛、胸闷、心悸。
用法用量
静脉滴注，注射用红花黄色素100mg，加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml中，静脉缓慢滴注，每日一次； 14天为一疗程。
不良反应
治疗期间少数患者发生头晕、头昏、头胀痛、周身瘙痒、皮疹、牙龈出血。需密切观察病情，及时予以处理。
禁忌
孕妇及对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1、有出血倾向者慎用；
2、以下疾病及人群临床研究尚未涉及，故应慎用：
（1）合并高血压（收缩压≥180mmHg，舒张压≥110mmHg）、重度心肺功能不全、重度心律失常（快速房颤、房扑、阵发性室速等）患者。
（2）冠心病患者，经冠脉搭桥、介入治疗后血管完全重建者。
（3）过敏体质者或对两种以上食物或药物过敏者。
3、目前尚无与其他药物配伍的研究资料。
