功能主治
清热、化痰、解毒。用于风温肺热病痰热阻肺证，症见：发热、咳嗽、咯痰不爽、咽喉肿痛、口渴、舌红、苔黄；肺炎早期、急性支气管炎、慢性支气管炎急性发作以及上呼吸道感染属上述证候者。
用法用量
常用量：成人一般一次20ml，重症患者一次可用40ml，加入5%葡萄糖注射液或O.9%氯化钠注射液250-500ml，静脉滴注，控制滴数每分钟不超过60滴，一日1次；儿童按体重0.3-0.5ml/kg，最高剂量不超过20ml，加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液100-200ml，静脉滴注，控制滴数每分钟30-60滴，一日1次；或遵医嘱。
不良反应
本品偶有过敏反应，可见头晕、恶心、呕吐、全身发红、瘙痒或皮疹。
禁忌
1、对本品、醇类过敏或过敏体质者禁用。|||2、老人伴有肝肾功能不全者禁用。|||3、严重肺心病伴有心衰者禁用。|||4、有表寒证者忌用。
注意事项
1、使用前发现瓶盖漏气、瓶体有裂缝、溶液浑浊或有沉淀物不得使用。2、药液稀释倍数不低于1：10(药液：溶媒)，稀释后药液必须在4小时内使用，若发生浑浊或沉淀请勿使用。3、稀释溶媒的温度要适宜，确保在输液时药液为室温，一般在20℃-30℃之间为宜。4、不得和其它药物混合滴注。如合并用药，在换药时需先用5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液(50ml以上)冲洗输液管或更换新的输液器，并应保持一定的时间间隔，以免药物相互作用产生不良反应。5、如病情需要，可和其它抗生素联合使用。6、该药在输液过程中，液体应经过过滤器，若发现有气泡，应减慢滴速。7、严格控制输液速度，儿童以30-40滴/分为宜，成年人以30-60滴/分为宜，滴速过快或有渗漏可引起局部疼痛。8、用药过程中，应密切观察用药反应，特别是开始5-30分钟：如出现不良反应，应立即停药．采取救治措施；同时应妥善保留相关药品、患者使用后残存药液及输液用所有器具、采集患者血样并冷藏，以备追溯不良反应产生的原因。9、本品用于风温肺热病属痰热阻肺证及风热感冒等，对寒痰阻肺和风寒感冒属不对症治疗范畴，故而在临床使用过程中要注意寒热辨证合理应用。10、婴幼儿应慎用。11、尚未有孕妇用药资料。
