功能主治

祛风活血，安神解毒。用于吸食、注射鸦片、海洛因、吗啡、杜冷丁等阿片类引起的中度以下毒品依赖者在脱毒治疗过程中减轻戒断症状。

用法用量

开水冲服，第1-3天，每天4次，每次2-3袋；第4-7天，每天3次，每次1-2袋；第8-10天，每天2次，每次1袋。

不良反应

1.部分患者不同程度出现：口干、眼干、心慌、心率增快、便秘、皮肤潮红、腹胀、排尿困难、视物模糊、瞳孔散大，乏力、头晕、恶心呕吐、困倦、嗜睡、耳鸣、步态不稳、晕倒、憋气、烧心、头痛、发热、幻视、出汗、情绪低落、小便失禁、搔痒、兴奋、烦躁、谵语、惊厥，以上不良反应随着用药量的减少逐渐减轻。
2.个别患者服药后出现暂时性肝功能异常和心电图异常，停药后逐渐恢复正常。

禁忌

1.孕妇、哺乳期妇女禁用。
2.青光眼、前列腺增生患者禁用。
3.糖尿病患者禁用。
4.有心脏疾病、肝脏疾病者慎用。

注意事项

1.请在专科医生指导下应用。
2.本品含有莨菪碱类成份。
3.根据临床戒断症状的缓解程度和不良反应程度以及患者的耐受性适当调整本品用量，不可超量服用，用药期间注意观察病人反应，必要时给予处理。
4.宜在医疗监护条件下使用本品，注意定时、定量服用，不能间断服用。
5.顽固性失眠者可睡前口服氯硝安定一次，剂量不宜超过4mg。
6.严禁戒毒者继续吸食、注射毒品，严禁与吸毒者接触。
7.应用本品时不能同时使用抗精神病药物，如氯丙嗪、氯氮平。
8.禁吃生、冷、酸性食物，在服药过程中个别患者出现较重的恶心、呕吐反应时，可酌情减少服用量，用蜂蜜水送服。

贮藏

密封，置阴凉处。
