功能主治
活血祛瘀，通脉活络。用于中风偏瘫、瘀血阻络及脑血管疾病后遗症、胸痹心痛，视网膜中央静脉阻塞属瘀血阻滞证者。
用法用量
临用前加专用溶剂使其溶解. 1.静脉滴注：一日1次,一次200～400mg（1～2支）,以5%或10%葡萄糖注射液250～500ml稀释后缓慢滴注; 2.静脉注射：一日1次,一次200mg（1支）,以25%或50%葡萄糖注射液40~60ml稀释后缓慢注射; 3.糖尿病患者可用氯化钠注射液代替葡萄糖注射液稀释后使用; 4.十五天为一疗程,停药1~3天后可进行第二疗程。
不良反应
头面部发红、潮红，轻微皮疹，轻微头胀痛是本品用药时常见反应；偶见寒颤、发热、胸闷现象。
禁忌
禁用于脑溢血急性期；禁用于既往对人参、三七过敏的患者；禁用于对酒精高度过敏的患者。
注意事项
孕妇及过敏体质者慎用。对老人、肝肾功能异常患者等特殊人群和初次使用中药注射剂的患者应慎重使用，加强监测。输液速度不宜过快，用药过程中，应密切观察用药反应，特别是开始30分钟。发现异常，立即停药，采用积极救治措施，救治患者。连续给药不得超过15天。用药期间勿从事驾驶及高空作业等危险作业。根据《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》，本品应单独使用，禁忌与其他药品配伍使用。谨慎联合用药，如确需联合使用其他药品时，应谨慎考虑与中药注射剂的间隔时间。
贮藏
密封，避光，置阴凉处（不超过20℃）。
