功能主治
解毒化瘀、祛痹止痛。用于治疗风湿，类风湿性关节炎，骨质增生，颈椎痛，跌打损伤，风湿腰型腿痛、肩周炎、痛风、强直性脊柱炎等。
用法用量
口服。一日3次，一次2－3粒。7天一疗程，普通病症服一疗程左右，重症2－5疗程或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.对性腺明显的抑制作用，如女性月经减少或延迟，男子精子减少或消失。服药时间越久，对性腺的抑制越明显。停药后多数患者可恢复。
2.少数患者可使肝功能异常。
3.使用本品后，部分患者出现恶心，胃部不适、纳差，腹胀、口腔溃疡、皮疹、心慌、胸闷、或皮肤色素沉着、下肢浮肿、眼干涩等。应给予相应处理措施或遵医嘱处理。
禁忌
1.孕妇、哺乳期妇女或患有肝脏疾病等严重全身疾病者禁用。
2.处于生长发育期的婴幼儿、青少年及生育年龄有孕育要求者不宜使用，或全面权衡利弊后遵医嘱使用。
3.患者骨髓造血障碍的疾病者禁用。
4.胃、十二指肠溃疡活动期禁用。
5.严重心律紊乱者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品应在医生指导下使用。
2.为观察本品可能出现的不良反应，用药期间应注意定期随诊及检、复查血、尿常规及心电图和肾功能。
3.心、肝、肾功能不全或严重贫血、白细胞、血小板低下者根据患者病情及治疗需要决定，必要时应及时停药，给予相应的处理。
4.一般连续用药不宜超过三个月。如需继续用药，应由医生根据患者病情及治疗需要决定，必要时应及时停药，给予相应的处理。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
