功能主治
本品活血祛瘀，通脉活络。用于瘀血阻络，中风偏瘫，胸痹心痛及视网膜中央静脉阻塞症。
用法用量
临用前用注射用水或氯化钠注射液适量使溶解。 1.静脉注射：一次150mg，用氯化钠注射液30～40ml稀释。一日1～2次，或遵医嘱。 2.静脉滴注：一次2.0～500mg，用10%葡萄糖注射液250～500ml稀释。一日1次，或遵医嘱。 3.肌内注射：一次1.0mg，用注射用水稀释至40mg/ml。一日1～2次，或遵医嘱。 4.理疗：一次100mg，加入注射用水3ml，从负极导入。
不良反应
1.偶有过敏反应，如皮疹、荨麻疹、斑丘疹、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤溃疡、溃疡性口炎；发热、寒颤、畏寒、多汗、呼吸困难、胸闷、心悸、面色发青、面色潮红、血压升高、过敏样反应、过敏性休克；头晕、头痛、嗜睡；恶心、呕吐、口苦、口干；静脉炎、关节痛、局部疼痛；
2.与海王降纤酶及三七类中药针剂合用至皮下出血。
禁忌
1.禁用于脑溢血急性期、禁用于既往对人参、三七过敏的患者；
2.禁用于对酒精高度过敏的患者，
3.用药期勿从事驾驶及高空作业等危险作业。
注意事项
1.孕妇慎用:连续给药不得超过15天;
2.头面部发红、潮红，轻微头胀痛是本品用药时常见反应;
3.偶有轻微皮疹出现，尚可继续用药;
4.若发现严重不良反应，应立即停药，并进行相应处理;
5.禁用于脑溢血急性期;
6.禁用于既往对人参、三七过敏的患者;
7.禁用于对酒精高度过敏的患者，用药期勿从事驾驶及高空作业等危险作业。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
