功能主治
豁痰开窍，醒脑安神。用于痰热内闭所致的中风昏迷。
用法用量
肌内注射，一次2-4ml，一日I-2次。||静脉滴注，一次10-20ml，用5%、10%葡萄糖注射液或氯化钠注射液250-500ml稀释后使用；或遵医嘱。
不良反应
依据文献报道：本品偶有过敏反应，临床表现主要为胸闷、憋气、面色苍白、口唇紫绀、咳嗽不止、呼吸困难等；其次为高热、寒战、上肢皮肤发花、荨麻疹、烦躁不安、哭闹不止、面部潮红、出汗等。
禁忌
（1）孕妇、新生儿、婴幼儿禁用。|||（2）对本品过敏或过敏体质的患者禁用。|||（3）支气管哮喘患者慎用。
注意事项
（1）医护人员应在用药前仔细询问患者的过敏史，对使用该药品曾发生过不良反应的患者、过敏体质的患者（包括对其他药品易产生过敏反应的患者）禁用。
贮藏
置阴凉处保存（指不超过20℃）
