功能主治
活血止痛、清热祛瘀。用于瘀血闭阻的胸痹，证见：胸闷、心痛，口苦，舌暗红或存瘀斑等。适用于冠心病、心绞痛见上述病状者。亦可用于脑梗塞者。
用法用量
静脉滴注，一次10～40ml，一日1次；用0.9%氯化钠或5%葡萄糖注射液稀释至250～500ml后应用。 14天为一疗程；或遵医嘱。
不良反应
偶见皮疹、瘙痒、发热、寒战、头晕、头痛、恶心、腹痛、心悸、气促、乏力、乳房胀痛、血压下降等。
禁忌
对本品过敏者或严重过敏体质者禁用。br近期出血或有出血倾向者禁用。
注意事项
本品应在临床监护下使用，用药期间密切观察患者病情。每10ml药液应用不少于100ml的葡萄糖或氯化钠注射液稀释后使用，滴速不宜过快。用药过程中应密切观察用药反应，发现异常，立即停药并及时治疗。低血压患者慎用。过敏体质患者慎用。肝、肾功能不全患者慎用。本品保存不当将影响产品质量，如发现瓶身裂纹、漏气、药液浑浊、沉淀、絮状物、变色均不能使用。如经葡萄糖或氧化钠注射液稀释后或输液过程中出现浑浊、沉淀亦不得使用。本品用氯化钠注射液稀释为宜。本品应单独使用，禁忌与其他药品混合配伍使用。谨慎联合用药，如确需联合使用其他药品时，应谨慎考虑与本品的间隔时间以及药物相互作用等。
