功能主治
清热利湿，祛瘀通闭。用于良性前列腺增生症属湿热瘀阻证，证见：夜尿频多、尿道灼热、排尿困难、小腹胀满、尿后余沥不尽等症。
用法用量
直肠给药。睡前和晨起排便后用药，将药栓塞入肛门4～6cm处，每次1粒，一日2次。30天为一个疗程。
不良反应
个别患者用药后出现肛门异物刺激、肛门红热、不适感、排便感等。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用
注意事项
1、使用本品时，请在铝箔剪口处撕开，轻轻取出栓剂，用指套将栓剂塞入肛门?4～6cm处，然后做提肛动作，在肛门肌肉收缩时，可将栓剂保存于体内。
2、栓剂塞入肛门后，如有便意感、腹痛、腹泻等不适症状，可改进使用方法，如将栓剂外涂植物油或甘油后置入，也可将栓剂置入更深些，待直肠适应后，?自觉症状可减轻或消失。
3、使用本品时，忌食辛辣等刺激性食物，戒酒。
4、本品贮藏温度应低于20℃，贮藏温度过高情况下可能会变软、变形，但不影响疗效，此时宜将栓剂存放在冰箱内。

密闭，置阴凉（不超过20℃）干燥处。
