功能主治
1.祛风除湿，活血通络，利水消肿，本品主要用于风湿与类风湿性关节炎属风寒湿痹证者，症见：肌肉酸痛，关节肿胀，疼痛，屈伸不利，麻木僵硬等。 2.亦用于慢性肾炎(普通型为主)属湿邪瘀阻证者，症见：反复浮肿，腰部酸痛，肢体困重，尿少，舌质紫暗或有瘀斑，苔腻等。
用法用量
口服。 1.用于风湿与类风湿性关节炎属风寒湿痹证者， 一次1片，一日2次，2个月为一疗程。 2.用于慢性肾炎(普通型为主)患者，一次2片，一日2次，3个月为一疗程。
不良反应
1.皮肤潮红，灼热，瘙痒，皮疹。
2.偶见肠胃不适，恶心，食欲减退，头昏，头痛，多汗。
3.少数患者发生白细胞减少和血小板减少。
4.罕见嗜睡。
禁忌
1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女忌用。
2.有哮喘病史及对青藤碱过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.定期复查血象（建议每月检查一次），并注意观察血糖和胆固醇。
2.如出现皮疹或少数患者发生白细胞减少等副作用时，停药即可消失。
3.应在医生指导下使用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
