功能主治
舒筋活络，祛瘀止痛，活血驱风。本品用于风湿性关节炎，肥大性腰椎炎，肥大性胸椎炎，颈椎炎，坐骨神经痛，腰肌劳损。
用法用量
口服，一次2粒，一日3次，饭后服。
不良反应
1.胃肠不适者慎服。|2.若出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、头昏眼花，口舌、四肢及全身发麻，畏寒，继之瞳孔散大，视觉模糊，呼吸困难，手足抽搐，躁动及大小便失禁应停服，迅速去医院就诊。
禁忌
1.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁服。|2.严重心脏病，高血压，肝，肾疾病忌服。|3.禁止与酒同服。
注意事项
1.对阿司匹林过敏者一般对该品不发生过敏反应。但有报告在因阿司匹林过敏发生哮喘的病人中，少数病人可在服用该品后发生支气管痉挛。|2.酒精中毒、患肝病或病毒性肝炎时，该品有增加肝脏毒性的危险，应慎用。|3.肾功能不全者长期大量使用该品，有增加肾脏毒性的危险，应慎用。|4.因疼痛服用此药时，不得连续使用5天以上。退热治疗不得超过3天除非另有医嘱。|5.服用该品后出现红斑或水肿症状应立即停药。|6.将此药放在儿童不易触及之处，万一发生过量服药现象，应立即就医。|7.该品仅为对症治疗药，在使用该品的同时，应尽可能进行病因治疗。|8.对诊断的干扰：|(1)血糖测定，应用葡萄糖氧化酶/过氧化酶法测定时可得假性低值，而用己糖激酶/6-磷酸脱氢酶法测定时则无影响；|(2)血清尿酸测定，应用磷钨酸法测定时可得假性高值；|(3)测定尿5-羟吲哚醋酸（5-HIAA），用亚硝基奈酚试剂作定性过筛试验时可得假性性结果，定量试验不受影响；|(4)肝功能试验，大剂量或长期使用时，凝血酶原时间、血清胆红素、LDH、血清转氨酶均可增高。
