功能主治
本品用于清热，解毒，利湿，退黄。用于肝胆湿热，面目悉黄，胸胁胀痛，恶心呕吐，小便黄赤，急性、迁延性、慢性肝炎，属上述证候者。
用法用量
静脉滴注，一次10～20ml(1支―2支)，用10％葡萄糖注射液250～500ml 稀释后滴注; 症状缓解后可改用肌内注射，一日2～4ml(1?5支―2?.支)。
不良反应
1.胃肠道反应，如腹泻。多见于脾虚者。
2.过敏反应，如过敏性皮疹、过敏性休克(临床表现有胸闷、气憋、心慌、腰腹痛、头晕及大汗淋漓等不适症状)。多见于过敏性体质。
3.偶见新生儿的不良反应，可表现为四肢凉、口唇及四肢末端紫绀、发热、心率呼吸加快，黄疸一过性加重。
禁忌
对本品过敏患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品偶有结晶或固体析出，可将安瓿置于热水中使之溶解后再将安瓿打开使用。
2.使用时滴注速度不宜过快，同时应注意观察人的血压。
3.请严格按规定剂量用药，不要过量使用。
4.经大量临床观察，少数患者（约3%以下）在使用中有皮疹等过敏反应，若出现皮疹、皮肤瘙痒等过敏现象时，需立即停止用药，停药后过敏症状会逐步消失。
5.本品是纯中药制剂，保存不当可能影响产品质量。
