功能主治
消肿止痛、疏散寒邪、温经通络。用于寒湿瘀阻经络所致的腰椎间盘突出症、坐骨神经痛、腰肌劳损、腰肌纤维炎、风湿性关节痛，症见腰腿痛、关节痛及肢体活动受限者。
用法用量
黄酒兑少量温开水送服，一次4-6粒，一日1次，睡前半小时服用或遵医嘱。
不良反应
监测数据显示：恶心、呕吐、胃腹胀痛、腹泻、皮疹、瘙痒、头晕、头痛、失眠、口舌麻木、心悸、血压升高、潮红等；过敏反应如发热、胸闷等。
禁忌
（1）孕妇及儿童禁用|（2）风湿热体温37.5 ℃以上应慎用或采用其他抗风湿治疗，合并高血压23/13Kpa（170/100mmHg）不宜应用。|（3）脑溢血后遗症及脑血栓形成的后遗症偏瘫患者试服时遵医嘱。|（4）对本品或组方成分过敏的患者慎用|（5）癫痫患者忌服。
注意事项
（1）如出现胃肠道不适等反应，改为晚饭后服用可减轻症状|（2）心脏病、高血压、脾胃虚寒者慎用；运动员慎用。|（3）本品不可过量久服，建议两周为一个疗程。|（4）服药后如出现口舌麻木、肌肉抽搐等症状，多饮温开水即可缓解，或遵医嘱。|（5）本品使用黄酒送服可以引药归经，但应注意避免与头孢类、硝咪唑类等药物同时使用；对酒精过敏者应使用温开水送服。|（6）本品含马钱子粉，应避免与含马钱子的药物合并使用；本品含麻黄，应避免与麻黄及含麻黄组份的药物合并使用。
