功能主治
本品解表散寒，宣肺止嗽。用于风寒感冒咳嗽，咯痰不畅，发热恶寒，鼻塞流涕，头痛无汗，肢体酸痛。
用法用量
口服，一次2粒，一日2-3次。
不良反应
具有抗菌，抗病毒，解热，镇痛，抗炎，缓解肺及支气管痉挛，镇咳，祛痰和平喘作用。
1.抗菌、抗病毒：
(1)通宣理肺丸对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌有一定的抑菌作用。
(2)对京防A3流感病毒滴鼻感染所致的肺炎肺指数增高，有显著的抑制作用。
2.解热、镇痛、抗炎：
(1)通宣理肺丸对大肠杆菌内毒素所致的大鼠实验性发热有显著的解热作用。
(2)有一定的镇痛作用。
(3)能降低大鼠蛋清性足肿程度和抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性增高，表现出明显的抗炎作用。
3.缓解肺及支气管平滑肌痉挛：通宣理肺丸能明显松弛气管平滑肌；对抗组胺所致的肺、支气管痉挛。增加肺灌流量。
4.镇咳：按2g/kg的剂量，实验前1小时灌胃给药，通宣理肺丸对枸橼酸所致的豚鼠咳嗽和氨水所致的小鼠咳嗽，与生理盐水和磷酸可待因比较，均有明显的镇咳作用；对豚鼠电刺激引咳，也有明显的镇咳作用。
5.祛痰：通宣理肺丸对大鼠有显著的祛痰作用。
6.平喘：对磷酸组胺和氨化乙酰胆碱喷雾所致的豚鼠实验性哮喘，灌胃给通宣埋肺丸1小时及3小时，与生理盐水和氨茶碱比较，均有显著的平喘作用，且呈明显的量效关系。
禁忌
1.运动员慎用。
2.风热感冒及阴虚咳嗽者忌用。
3.忌食生冷粘腻食品。
4.忌烟、酒及辛辣食物。
注意事项
1.忌烟、酒及辛辣食物。
2.有支气管扩张、肺脓疡、肺结核、肺心病、高血压的患者及孕妇，应在医师指导下服用。
3.服用三天，症状无改善，应去医院就诊。
4.按照用法用量服用，小儿、年老体虚者应在医师指导下服用。
5.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
7.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
8.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
9.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
密封，防潮，置阴凉干燥处保存。
