功能主治
清热泻火，散风止痛。用于热毒内盛、风火上攻所致的头痛眩晕、目赤耳鸣、咽喉肿痛、口舌生疮、牙龈肿痛、大便燥结。
用法用量
口服，一次3粒，一日2次。
不良反应
有报道牛黄上清丸致药疹及过敏性休克。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1．忌食辛辣食物。
2．孕妇慎用。
3．不宜在服药期间服用滋补性中成药。
4．心律失常、心脏病、肝病、肾病等慢性病严重者或正在接受其他治疗的患者应在医师指导下服用。
5．按照用法用量服用，小儿、年老体弱者，大便溏软者，应在医师指导下服用。
6．服药三天后症状未改善，应去医院就诊。
7. 不宜与活菌制剂，如乳酶生、整肠生胶囊同服。不宜与胃蛋白酶同服。
