适应症

本品适用于高血压或心绞痛患者合并高胆固醇血症或混合型高脂血症的治疗,可用于下列情况: 1.高血压或心绞痛患者合并高胆固醇血症或混合型高脂血症的初始治疗。 2.该类患者的治疗剂量调整。如可以先给予患者含有两种成分常规起始治疗剂量的氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,然后根据其抗心绞痛、降压或降脂效果增加氨氯地平或阿托伐他汀的剂量。 3.用于原来使用其中一种单药成分需要增加另一种药物的患者。

用法用量

口服，根据病人两种疾病病情差异设计有多种不同剂量规格，减少了病人为控制血压和血胆固醇浓度所需服药数量。可以在任何时间服药，饭前饭后均可。

不良反应

1.本品（氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙）的安全性在一项入选了1092例高血压合并高脂血症患者的双盲、安慰剂对照研究中得到评估。
2.本品在治疗中有良好的耐受性。对大多数患者，不良反应为轻到中度。在本品的临床研究中，未见与该复方制剂相关的特殊不良反应。
3.不良反应的性质，程度和发生频率同氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀已有的报告相似。

禁忌

1.本品包含阿托伐他汀成分,因此对于伴有活动性肝脏疾病或伴有原因不明的血清转氨酶持续升高的患者应禁用。
2.已知对本品中任何成分过敏的患者应禁用。
3.孕妇与哺乳期妇女。
4.动脉粥样硬化是一个慢性过程,在妊娠期间中断降脂药物对原发性高胆固醇血症的长期治疗结果影响甚微。胆固醇和胆固醇生物合成的其它产物是胎儿发育(包括类固醇和细胞膜的合成)的重要组成成分。由于HMG-CoA 还原酶抑制剂降低胆固醇合成,,并可能降低其它源于胆固醇的生物活性物质的合成,在妊娠妇女中应用可能对胎儿有害。因此HMG-CoA

注意事项

1.低血压,可能发生症状性低血压，尤其在是伴有严重大动脉狭窄的患者中。由于作用是逐渐发挥的，因此急性低血压不太可能发生。
2.β受体阻滞剂停药,氨氯地平不是β受体阻滞剂，因此对因β受体阻滞剂突然停药而出现的危险不能给予保护；任何一种β受体阻滞剂均应逐步停药。
3.内分泌功能,他汀类药物，如本品中的阿托伐他汀成分能干扰胆固醇合成，从理论上说可抑制肾上腺和（或）性腺类固醇物质的合成。临床研究表明，阿托伐他汀不减少基础血浆皮质醇浓度或损害肾上腺储备。他汀类药物对男性生育能力的影响尚无足够的病例研究，对闭经前妇女垂体一性腺轴的影响目前尚不清楚。当他汀类药物与能够降低内源性类固醇激素水平或活性的药物如酮康唑，安体舒通和西咪替丁合用时应谨慎使用。
