适应症
用于碱化尿液及酸血症，也可用于胃酸过多。
用法用量
1?成人 ⑴ 制酸，一次0.25（2g，每日3次）。⑵ 碱化尿液，首次4g，以后每4小时l-2g.⑶ 代谢性酸中毒，一次0.5（2g，每日3次）。成人每日最大用量，60岁以下者为16.6g(200mmol钠)，60岁以上者为8.3g（100mmol钠）；用作制酸药，应于餐后l－3小时及睡前服用，应用最大剂量时一般不超过2周，除非在医生的监护下。2?小儿 ⑴ 制酸， 6岁以下小儿尚无统一剂量。6－12岁者0.5g，半小时可重复一次。⑵ 碱化尿液，每日接体重1－10mmol/kg。⑶ 治疗酸中毒，参考成人剂量。
不良反应
1?剂量偏大或存在肾功能不全时，可出现水肿，精神症状，肌肉疼痛或抽搐，呼吸减慢，口内异味，异常疲倦虚弱等，主要由代谢性碱中毒所致。
2?长期应用市可引起尿频，尿急，持续性头痛，食欲减退，恶心呕吐，异常疲倦虚弱等。
3?口服时由于在胃内产生大量CO2，引起呃逆，胃肠充气等。较少见的有胃痉挛，口渴（细胞外钠浓度过高引起细胞脱水）。
禁忌
孕妇应慎用。 下列情况慎用：
1?少尿或无尿，因能增加钠负荷；
2?钠潴留并有水肿时，如肝硬化、充血性心力衰竭、肾功能不全、妊娠高血压综合征；
3?高血压，因钠负荷增加可能加重高血压病；4阑尾炎或有类似症状而未确诊者及消化道出血原因不明者，不作口服用药，因本品所致的腹胀腹痛会影响疾病诊断。
注意事项
1?口服本品后 l(2小时内不宜服用任何药物。
2?本品制酸作用迅速而强烈，但作用短暂。
3?长期或大量应用可致代谢性碱中毒，并且钠负荷过高引起水肿等，孕妇应慎用。
4?对诊断的干扰：对胃酸分泌试验或血，尿PH测定结果有明显影响。
5?下列情况慎用：⑴ 少尿或无尿，因能增加钠负荷；⑵ 钠潴留并有水肿时，如肝硬化，充血性心力衰竭，肾功能不全，妊娠高血压综合征；⑶ 高血压，因钠负荷增加可能加重高血压病；⑷ 阑尾炎或有类似症状而未确诊者及消化道出血原因不明者，不作口服用药，因本品所致的腹胀腹痛会影响疾病诊断。
6?随访检查:⑴ 动脉血气分析；⑵ 血清碳酸氢根离子浓度测定；⑶ 肾功能；⑷ 尿pH值。
贮藏
密闭，置干燥处保存。
