适应症
用于火烧伤、水烫伤、化学品灼伤的治疗。
用法用量
1.外用，将本品挤在压舌板上，轻轻均匀涂于创面，厚度约lmm，一日2～3次。|2.换药时，应将本品及创面液化物用纱布或药棉轻轻沾去，避免摩擦创面，重新涂药，并暴露创面。|3.不易暴露的创面，可用本品制作的油纱布3～4层，减压包扎。|4.污染重或化学品灼伤者，先用注射用水清洗创面，然后涂药。|5.水泡型创面，可剪开放水后再涂药。|6.深度创面坏死组织在药物作用下，有大量白色液化物溢于创面药层外，可用纱布或药棉轻轻沾去后再涂药，直至创面愈合。
不良反应
主要为局部过敏反应，如皮肤红肿、痒、皮疹等。
禁忌
1.对磺胺类药物或其他组分过敏者禁用。|2.新生儿及2个月以下婴儿禁用。|3.妊娠后期及哺乳期妇女禁用。|4.大面积烧伤及皮肤严重损伤的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.由于本品可自局部部分吸收，肝肾功能损害及呼吸功能不全的大面积烧伤及严重损伤者应慎用本品。|2.脓液的存在使本品作用降低。|3.有光敏性皮肤病的应慎用。|4.与普鲁卡因同时使用，本品疗效减弱。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
