适应症
用于蛔虫病、蛲虫病。
用法用量
口服。
1.生殖器疱疹初治和免疫缺陷者皮肤黏膜单纯疱疹：
(1)成人常用量一次0.2g，一日5次，共10日；或一次0.4g，一日3次，共5日。
(2)复发性感染一次0.2g，一日5次，共5日。
(3)复发性感染的慢性抑制疗法，一次0.2g，一日3次，共6个月，必要时剂量可加至一日5次，一次0.2g，共6～12个月。
2.带状疱疹：成人常用量一次0.8g，一日5次，共7～10日。
3. 肾功能不全的成人患者应按下表调整剂量；

4.水痘：2岁以上儿童按体重一次20mg/kg，一日4次，共5日，出现症状立即开始治疗，40kg以上儿童和成人常用量为一次0.8g，一日4次，共5日。
不良反应
极少数病人有恶心、腹部不适、腹痛、腹泻等。尚可发生乏力、皮疹，罕见剥脱性皮炎、全身脱毛症、血嗜酸性粒细胞增多，均可自行恢复正常。严重不良反应多发生于剂量过大、用药时间过长、间隔时间过短时。
禁忌
孕妇、哺乳期妇女、2岁以下幼儿禁用。
注意事项
1.少数病人特别是蛔虫感染较严重的病人，服药后可引起蛔虫游走，造成腹痛或口吐蛔虫，甚至引起窒息，此时应立即就医。
2.肝肾功能不全者慎用。
3.腹泻患者应在腹泻停止后服药。
4.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
5.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
6.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
7.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
8.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
