适应症
适用用于维生素B6缺乏预防和治疗，防治异烟肼中毒；也可用于妊娠放射病及抗癌药所致的呕吐、脂溢性皮炎等。
用法用量
口服给药。 1.成人： (1)维生素B6依赖综合征、开始一日30～600mg,维持量一日50mg,终生服用。 (2)维生素B6缺乏症、一日10～20mg,共3周,以后一日2～3mg,持续数周。 (3)先天性代谢障碍病(胱硫醚尿症，高草酸尿症，高胱氨酸尿症，黄嘌呤酸尿症)、每日100～500mg。 (4)药物引起维生素B6缺少： 1)预防,一日10～50mg(使用青霉胺时),或一日100～300mg(使用环丝氨酸，乙硫异烟胺或异烟肼时)。 2)治疗,一日50～200mg,共3周,然后一日25～100mg。 (5)遗传性铁粒幼细胞贫血、一日200～600mg,共1～2月,然后一日30～50mg,终生应用。 (6)酒精中毒、一日50mg。 2.儿童： (1)维生素B6依赖综合征、婴儿维持量,一日2～10mg,终生应用,1岁以上小儿用量同成人。 (2)维生素B6缺乏症、一日2. 5～10mg,共3周,然后一日2～5mg,持续数周。
不良反应
维生素B6在肾功能正常时几乎不产生毒性，但长期、过量应用本品可致严重的周围神经炎、出现神经感觉异常、步态不稳、手足麻木。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.必须按推荐剂量服用，不可超量服用，用药3周后应停药。
2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女应在医师指导下使用。
3.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
4.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
5.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
6.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
7.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
8.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
