适应症
用于治疗和预防多种真菌引起的感染，如头皮糠疹（头皮屑）、脂溢性皮炎和花斑癣。能迅速缓解由脂溢性皮炎和头皮糠疹引起的脱屑和瘙痒。
用法用量
外用。取本品约5毫升，涂于患处或已湿润的头发上，轻轻搓揉，让其与头皮充分接触，待2～5分钟后，用清水冲洗干净。 1. 脂溢性皮炎和头皮糠疹，每周2次，连用2～4周，巩固治疗可每1～2周1次。 2. 花斑癣，一日1次，连用5日。
不良反应
偶见过敏反应，偶见局部皮肤烧灼感、瘙痒、刺激以及头发干燥、变色。
禁忌
1.病毒性感染如疱疹、水痘等禁用。
2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.避免接触眼睛和其他黏膜（如口、鼻等）。
2.用药部位如有烧灼感、红肿等情况应停药，并将局部药物洗净，必要时向医师咨询。
3.如需连续使用超过4周，请咨询医师或药师。
4.如洗后感到头发干燥，可适当使用护发品。
5.婴幼儿和儿童慎用。
6.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
7.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
8.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
9.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
10.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
