适应症
用于治疗敏感细菌引起的呼吸道感染，胃肠及消化道感染，泌尿道感染，软组织感染和脑膜炎、败血症、心内膜炎等。
用法用量
口服。
1.成人一次0.25～0.75g（1～3粒），一日4次。
2.小儿每日剂量按体重2.mg/kg，一日2～4次。
不良反应
1.本品不良反应与西林相仿，以过敏反应较为常见。皮疹是最常见的反应，多发生于用药后5天，呈荨麻疹或斑丘疹；亦可发生间质性肾炎；过敏性休克偶见。
2.胃肠道反应如舌炎、胃炎、恶心、呕吐、肠炎、腹泻及轻度腹痛等也较多见。
3.粒细胞和血小板减少偶见于应用氨苄西林的病人。抗生素相关性肠炎少见，少数病人出现血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）升高。
禁忌
1.对青霉素类、头孢菌素类药物过敏者或青霉素皮肤试验阳性患者禁用。
2.尿酸性肾结石、痛风急性发作、活动性消化道溃疡患者禁用。
3.2岁以下小儿禁用。
注意事项
1.血液生化与血象异常患者慎用。
2.肝、肾功能不全患者不宜服用本品。
3.应用本品前需详细询问药物过敏史并进行西林皮肤试验。
4.传染性单核细胞增多症、巨细胞病毒感染、淋巴细胞白血病、淋巴瘤患者应用本品时易发生皮疹，宜避免使用。
5.一旦发生过敏性休克，必须就地抢救，予以保持气道畅通、吸氧及给用肾上腺素、糖皮质激素等治疗措施。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
