适应症
1.原发性和继发性高尿酸血症，尤其是尿酸生成过多而引起的高尿酸血症。 2.反复发作或慢性痛风者。 3.痛风石。 4.尿酸性肾结石和(或)尿酸性肾病。 5.有肾功能不全的高尿酸血症。
用法用量
口服: 1.成人常用量:初始剂量一次50mg，一日1～2次，每周可递增50～100mg，至一日200～300mg，分2～3次服。每2周测血和尿尿酸水平，如已达正常水平，则不再增量，如仍高可再递增。但一日最大量不得大于600mg。 2.儿童治疗继发性高尿酸血症常用量:6岁以内每次50mg，一日1～3次。6～10岁，一次100mg，一日1～3次。剂量可酌情调整。
不良反应
1.皮疹:可呈瘙痒性丘疹或荨麻疹。如皮疹广泛而持久，及经对症处理无效，并有加重趋势时必须停药。
2.胃肠道反应:包括腹泻、恶心、呕吐和腹痛等。
3.白细胞减少，或血小板减少，或贫血，或骨髓抑制，均应考虑停药。
4.其他有脱发、发热、淋巴结肿大、肝毒性、间质性肾炎及过敏性血管炎等。
5.国外曾报道数例患者在服用本品期间发生原因未明的突然死亡。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏、严重肝肾功不全和明显血细胞低下者禁用。
2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品不能控制痛风性关节炎的急性炎症症状，不能作为抗炎药使用。因为本品促使尿酸结晶重新溶解时可再次诱发并加重关节炎急性期症状。
2.本品必须在痛风性关节炎的急性炎症症状消失后(一般在发作后两周左右)方开始应用。
3.服药期间应多饮水，并使尿液呈中性或碱性以利尿酸排泄。
4.本品用于血尿酸和24小时尿尿酸过多，或有痛风石、或有泌尿系结石及不宜用促尿酸排出药者。
5.本品必须由小剂量开始，逐渐递增至有效量维持正常血尿酸和尿尿酸水平，以后逐渐减量，用最小有效量维持较长时间。
6.与排尿酸药合用可加强疗效。
7.用药前及用药期间要定期检查血尿酸及24小时尿尿酸水平，以此作为调整药物剂量的依据。
8.有肾、肝功能损害者及老年人应谨慎用药，并应减少一日用量。
9.用药期间应定期检查血象及肝肾功能。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
