适应症
用于敏感菌引起的急性单纯性下尿路感染初发病例。本品一般与磺胺药联合用药。
用法用量
静脉滴注。一次30―100mg，一日80―200mg。
不良反应
1.由于本品对叶酸代谢的干扰可产生血液系统不良反应，可出现白细胞减少，血小板减少或高铁血红蛋白性贫血。一般白细胞及血小板减少系轻度，及时停药可望恢复，也可加用叶酸制剂。|2.过敏反应：可发生瘙痒、皮疹、偶可呈严重的渗出性多形红斑。|3.恶心、呕吐、腹泻等胃肠道反应，一般症状轻微。|4.偶可发生无菌性脑膜炎，有头痛、颈项强直、恶心等表现。
禁忌
1.新生儿、早产儿及2个月以下婴儿禁用。|2.严重肝肾疾病患者禁用。|3.白细胞减少、血小板减少、紫癜症等血液病患者禁用。|4.对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.下列情况应慎用：肝功能损害，由于叶酸缺乏的巨幼红胞性贫血或其他血液系统疾病，肾功能损害。|2.用药期间应定期进行周围血象检查，在疗程长、用药量大、老年、营养不良及服用抗癫癜药者易出现叶酸缺乏症，如周围血象中白细胞或血小板等已有明显减少则需停用本品。|3.本品易产生耐药性，一般不单独使用。|4.遇结晶析出时，可温热使溶解，澄明后使用。

密封，置阴凉处。
