适应症
本品用于。1. 遗传性血管神经性水肿的预防和治疗。 2. 严重创伤、慢性感染、营养不良等消耗性疾病。
用法用量
1．成人和青少年常用量(1)预防和治疗遗传性血管神经性水肿：口服，开始一次2mg(1片)，一日3次，女性可一次2mg(1片)。应根据病人的反应个体化给药。如治疗效果明显，可每间隔1-3月减量，直至每日2mg(1片)维持量。但减量过程中，须密切观察病情。 (2)用于慢性消耗性疾病、手术后体弱、创伤经久不愈等治疗：口服，一日3次，一次2-4mg(1-2片)，女性酌减。 2．小儿常用量 用于遗传性血管神经性水肿。6岁以下，每日口服1mg(半片)，仅在发作时应用；6-12岁，每日口服2mg(1片)，仅在发作时应用。
不良反应
1. 女性：长期使用可能会有痤疮，多毛，阴蒂肥大，闭经或月经紊乱等症。 2. 男性：长期使用可能会有痤疮，精子减少，精液减少。 3. 肝脏：GOP，GTP上升，黄疸。 4. 消化系统：恶心，呕吐，消化不良，腹泻。 5. 电解质：水钠潴留，水肿。 6. 皮肤：皮疹，颜面潮红。
禁忌
严重肝病、肾脏病、心脏病、高血压患者、孕妇及前列腺癌患者禁用。
注意事项
卟啉症患者、前列腺肥大、糖尿病患者慎用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
