适应症
用于耐青霉素的葡萄球菌、链球菌、肺炎球菌、大肠杆菌等的感染，如：金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎,小儿金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎,肺炎球菌肺炎,腹膜炎,小儿大肠杆菌肠炎,化脓性关节炎
用法用量
口服。一次2.5～5.0g（1～2袋），一日4次，儿童酌减或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.恶心、呕吐、腹泻和腹部不适较为多见。|2.皮疹、药物热等过敏反应。少见偶可发生过敏性休克。|3.头晕、复视、耳鸣、抽搐等神经系统反应。|4.应用本品期间偶有出现肾损害。|5.偶有患者出现血清氨基转移酶升高、Coombs试验阳性。溶血性贫血罕见，中性粒细胞减少和伪膜性结肠炎也有报告。|6.甲氧苄啶对叶酸代谢的干扰可产生血液系统不良反应，可出现白细胞减少，血小板减少或高铁血红蛋白性贫血。一般白细胞及血小板减少系轻度，及时停药可恢复，也可加用叶酸制剂。
禁忌
1.对头孢菌素或青霉素过敏者禁用。|2.对甲氧苄啶过敏者禁用。|3.新生儿、早产儿禁用。|4.严重肝肾疾病患者禁用。|5.血液病患者禁用。
注意事项
1.用本品前须详细询问患者对头孢菌素类、青霉素类及其他药物过敏史，有青霉素类药物过敏性休克史不可应用本品，其他患者应用本品时必须注意头孢菌素类与青霉素类存在交叉过敏反应的机会约5%～7%，需在严密观察下慎用。一旦发生过敏性反应，立即停用药物。如发生过敏性休克，必须立即就地抢救，包括保持气道通畅、吸氧和肾上腺素、糖皮质激素的应用等措施。|2.有胃肠道疾病史的患者，尤其有溃疡性结肠炎、局限性肠炎或抗菌药物相关性结肠炎（头孢菌素很少产生伪膜性肠炎）者以及肾功能减退者应慎用本品。|3.对诊断的干扰：应用本品时可出现直接Coombs试验阳性反应和尿糖假阳性反应（硫酸铜法）少数患者的碱性磷酸酶、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶和门冬氨酸氨基转移酶皆可升高。|4.每天口服剂量超过4g（无水头孢氨苄）时，应考虑改用注射用头孢菌素类药物。|5.头孢氨苄主要经肾排出，肾功能减退患者应用本品须减量。|6.下列情况应慎用：肝功能损害；由于叶酸缺乏的巨幼红细胞性贫血或其他血液系统疾病；肾功能损害。|7.本品为口服制剂，不宜用于严重感染。
贮藏
密封，在凉暗（避光并不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
