适应症
本品用于手术中不易结扎的小血管止血、消化道出血及外伤出血等。
用法用量
(1)局部止血用灭菌氯化钠注射液溶解成50-200单位/ml的溶液喷雾或用本品干粉喷洒于创面。(2)消化道止血用生理盐水或温开水（不超过37℃）溶解成10-100单位/ml，口服或局部灌注。也可根据出血部位及程度适当增减浓度、次数。
不良反应
1. 偶可致过敏反应，应及时停药。2. 外科止血中应用本品曾有致低热反应的报道。
禁忌
对本品有过敏史者禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品严禁注射。如误入血管可导致血栓形成、局部坏死危及生命。2. 本品必须直接与创面接触，才能起止血作用。3. 本品应新鲜配制使用。
贮藏
密封保存。
