适应症
本品为肾上腺素受体激动药。松弛支气管平滑肌，收缩血管及兴奋大脑皮层。用于支气管哮喘、过敏性反应、低血压等。
用法用量
1.常用量口服，一次3～7ml，一日12～21 ml。|2.极量口服，一次15ml，一日38 ml。
不良反应
1.对前列腺肥大者可引起排尿困难。|2.大剂量或长期使用可引起震颤、焦虑、失眠、头痛、心悸、心动过速等。
禁忌
暂不明确
注意事项
1.交叉过敏反应：对其他拟交感胺类药，如肾上腺素、异丙肾上腺素等过敏者对本品也过敏。|2.剖腹产麻醉过程中用本品维持血压，可加速胎儿心跳，当母体血压超过17.3/10.7KPa(130/80mmHg. 时不宜用。|3.本品可分泌入乳汁，哺乳期妇女禁用。|4.下列反应持续存在时应注意：头痛、焦虑不安、心动过速、眩晕、多汗。|5.甲状腺功能亢进、高血压、动脉硬化、冠心病、心绞痛等病人禁用。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
