适应症
本品适用于接触性湿疹、异位性皮炎、神经性皮炎、面积不大的银屑病、硬化性萎缩性苔藓、扁平苔藓、盘状红斑性狼疮、脂溢性皮炎（非面部）?肥厚性瘢痕。
用法用量
外涂患处，每日早晚各一次。
不良反应
少数患者涂药部位的皮肤发生烧灼感，刺痛，暂时性瘙痒，长期应用可发生皮肤毛细血管扩张（尤其面部），皮肤萎缩，萎缩纹（青少年易发生）皮肤萎缩后继发紫癜，瘀斑，皮肤脆弱，多毛症，毛囊炎，粟丘疹，皮肤脱色，延缓溃疡愈合，封包法在皮肤皱褶部位容易继发真菌感染。经皮肤吸收多时，可发生全身性不良反应（参看注意事项）。
禁忌
1、对该药过敏者禁用； |2、由细菌、真菌、病毒和寄生虫引起的原发性皮肤病变禁用； |3、溃疡性病变禁用；|4、痤疮、酒鼻禁用；|5、眼睑部禁用（有引起青光眼的危险）；|6、渗出性皮肤病。
注意事项
1、大面积大量用药或封包方式可使经皮吸收多，可发生全身反应，尤其是低龄儿童和婴幼儿，出现可逆行柯兴氏征及生长迟缓，突然停药可出现急性肾上 腺皮质功能不全。 |2、出现局部不耐受现象，应停药并寻找原因。|3、警惕留在皮肤皱褶部位和尿布中的药物可吸收入体内。

室温密闭保存。
