适应症
用于缓解胃酸过多引起的胃痛、胃灼热感（烧心）、反酸。
用法用量
1.治疗十二指肠溃疡或病理性高分泌状态,一次0.2～0.4g,一日4次,餐后及睡前服,或一次0.8g,睡前1次服。 2.预防溃疡复发,一次0.4g,睡前服。 3.肾功能不全患者用量减为一次0.2g,12小时1次。 4.小儿:口服,一次按体重5～10mg/Kg,一日2～4次。 5.老年患者用量酌减。
不良反应
1.长期用药或加大剂量时可出现：男性乳房肿胀、泌乳现象、性欲减退、腹泻、眩晕或头痛、肌痉挛或肌痛、皮疹、脱发等。
2.偶见的不良反应有：
①精神紊乱，多见于老年或重病患者，停药后48小时内能恢复；
②咽喉痛热；
③不明原因的出血或瘀斑，以及异常倦怠无力；
④粒细胞减少或其他异常血象，多见于合并症严重之患者。
禁忌
孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品连续使用不得超过7天，症状未缓解请咨询医师或药师。
2.儿童、老年患者应在医师指导下使用。
3.下列情况慎用：严重心脏及呼吸系统疾患、系统性红斑狼疮、器质性脑并肝肾功能损害。
4.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
5.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
7.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
8.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
9.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
