适应症
用于高血压病。具有降压和轻度镇静作用，适用于治疗早期及中期高血压症。
用法用量
口服。一次1～2片，一日3次。
不良反应
1.大量口服应加注意，常见的有倦怠、昏厥、头痛、阳萎、性 欲减退、精神抑郁、神经紧张、焦虑；
2.不良反应持久出现时须加注意，以腹泻、眩晕、口干、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐和鼻塞较多见；
3.停药后仍可以出现的中枢或心血管反应有眩晕、倦怠、晕倒、阳痿、性 欲减退、心率缓慢失常、乏力。
4.绝经期妇女长期使用有乳癌发生增加之说，但目前无定论。
禁忌
1.胃及十二指肠溃疡患者禁用；
2.帕金森症患者禁用；
3.对本品组份过敏者禁用；
4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用；
5.抑郁症患者禁用。
注意事项
1.体弱、肾功能不全、心律失常及冠心病患者慎用。
2.对萝芙木制剂过敏者对本品也过敏。
3.对诊断的干扰：
(1)用本品时以改良Glenn Nelson法或Holtroff Koch改良的Zimmerman 反应作尿类固醇测定，可以出现假性低值；
(2)可使血清催乳素浓度增高。
4.下列情况应慎用：心律失常、心脏抑制、癫痫、胆石症、精神抑郁史、震颤性麻痹、消化性溃疡、嗜铬细胞瘤、肾功能损害、溃疡性结肠炎、呼吸功能差。年老、体衰、用电休克治疗的患者也应谨慎。
5.遇有清晨失眠、食欲减退、阳萎、精神抑郁等征象出现，即应停药。
6.在胆石症患者，本品引起的胃肠道动力加强和分泌增多可促发胆绞痛。
7.当药品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
