适应症
本品用于止血药。主要用于因原发性纤维蛋白溶解过度所引起的出血，包括急性和慢性，局限性或全身性的纤溶亢进性出血，后者常见于癌肿，白血病，妇产科意外，严重肝病出血等。
用法用量
口服。一次0.25～0.5g，一日2～3次，每日总量为2g。
不良反应
长期应用有可能促进血栓形成。偶有头昏、头痛、腹部不适。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1.应用本品患者要监护血栓形成并发症的可能性。对于有血栓形成倾向者(如急性心肌梗死)宜慎用。2.本品一般不单独用于弥散性血管内凝血继发纤溶亢进所致的出血，以防进一步血栓形成，影响脏器功能，特别是急性肾功能衰竭。如有必要，应在肝素化的基础上应用本品。3.本品不可与其他凝血因子(如因子Ⅸ)合用，以防血栓形成。4.由于本品可导致继发性肾盂和输尿管凝血块阻塞，大量血尿时要慎用。5.宫内死胎所致低纤维蛋白原血症出血，用肝素治疗较本品更安全。6.慢性肾功能不全时用量酌减。治疗前列腺手术出血时，用量也应减少。
