适应症
用于各种原因如慢性失血，营养不良、妊娠、儿童发育期等引起的缺铁性贫血。
用法用量
口服。成人：每次10～20ml，一日3次，预防量为治疗量的1/5。儿童：1～2ml/(kg/日)，分3次饭后服。
不良反应
服用本品常有轻度恶心，胃部或腹部不适或疼痛，也常见轻度腹泻或便秘，并排浅黑便。
禁忌
1??铁负荷过高、血色病、含铁血黄素沉着症及不伴缺铁的其他贫血(如地中海性贫血)禁用；2??肝肾功能严重损害者禁用；3??铁过敏者禁用；4??对本品成分过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1??下列情况慎用：酒精中毒；肝炎；急性感染如肠炎、结肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎、憩室炎及胰腺炎；消化性溃疡；2??对诊断的干扰：服用本品后，血清铁或铁蛋白增高，大便隐血实验呈假阳性，易导致漏诊；3??服药期间需定期作下列检查，以观察治疗反应：(1)??血红蛋白及红细胞；(2)??网织红细胞计数；(3)??血清铁蛋白、血清铁及铁饱和度。4??本品宜饭后或餐中服用，或减轻胃部刺激，但药物吸收稍有影响；5??口服本品后应漱口或以纸质(或塑料)管吸服，以保护牙齿；6??本品遇光易变质。
