适应症
用于预防和治疗各种类型癫痫。适用于癫痫强直阵挛发作、失神发作、婴儿痉挛症等。
用法用量
肛门给药。按体重一次8~18mg/kg，一日2次或遵医嘱。2岁以下儿童一次100mg，一日2次；2～7岁儿童一次200mg，一日2次；7~15岁儿童一次400mg，一日2次；16岁以上成人一次600mg，一日2次。
不良反应
本品在使用过程中，少数患者会出现食欲改变、恶心呕吐、头痛头昏、乏力嗜睡等症，停药后自行消失。
禁忌
有肝病或明显肝功能损害时禁用。
注意事项
1.用药前排空大便。
2.用药期间避免饮酒。
3.本品在使用过程中出现副作用，往往提示血药浓度过高，故有条件时，最好进行血药浓度检查。
4.有血液病、肝病史、肾功能损害、器质性脑病时慎用。
5.出现意识障碍、肝功能异常、胰腺炎等严重副反应时应停药。
6.本品主药有升华性质，正常贮藏时栓剂表面如出现白色绒毛，可继续使用，不影响疗效。
7.栓剂由于受热变软时，可将栓剂连同外壳置冷水中冷却，变硬后即可使用。
8.用时为避免副反应，可自小剂量开始，逐步加大使用剂量。

遮光，密封保存。
