适应症
1.升高血压,用于治疗在全身体麻醉时发生的低血压,并可防止心率失常的出现;也可用于椎管内阻滞所诱发的低血压,临床主要用于外科手术,以维持和恢复血压,尤其适用于脊椎麻醉所造成的血压降低,周围循环功能不全时低压状态的急救;又用于大出血外伤及外科手术所引起的低血压,心肌梗塞所致休克,室上性心动过速及脊椎麻醉的预防低血压症,也可用手术后的循环衰竭和因周围循环衰竭所引起的低血压休克。2.用于终止阵发性心动过速的发作。
用法用量
1.成人常用量:(1)升压,肌肉注射,轻度低血压时给5～10mg,一般可用10～15mg,椎管内阻滞的上界较低时常用10mg,较高时候用15～20mg;静注用3～5mg缓慢注射;(2)抗心率失常,10mg静脉缓缓注入。2.极量:肌肉注射一次量不超过20mg,一日不超过60mg。静脉注射一次量不超过10mg。
不良反应
大剂量时有头痛,高血压,心动过缓等,症状显著时可用α-受体阻滞剂(如酚妥拉明)降压,阿托品可纠正心动过缓。异常出汗,尿急为罕见。
禁忌
动脉硬化,器质性心脏病,甲状腺机能亢进及严重高血压,青光眼病患者禁用,近两周内曾用过单胺氧化酶以致剂者禁用。
贮藏
遮光,密闭保存。
