适应症
用于缓解各种关节炎及软组织病变的疼痛和肿胀的对症治疗。
用法用量
口服:成人常用量：一次20mg，一日1次，或一次l0mg，一日2次。饭后服用。
不良反应
1.恶心、胃痛，纳减及消化不良等胃肠不良反应最为常见，其中3.5%需为此撤药。服药量大于一日20mg时胃溃疡发生率明显增高，有的合并出血，甚至穿孔。
2.中性粒细胞减少、嗜酸粒细胞增多、血尿素氮增高、头晕、眩晕、耳鸣、头痛、全身无力、水肿，皮疹或瘙痒等。
3.肝功能异常、血小板减少、多汗、皮肤瘀斑、脱皮、多形性红斑、中毒性上皮坏死、大疱性多形红斑(Stevens-Johnson综合征)，皮肤对光过敏反应、视力模糊、眼部红肿、高血压、血尿、低血糖，精神抑郁，失眠及精神紧张等。
禁忌
对本品过敏、消化性溃疡、慢性胃病患者禁用。
注意事项
1.交叉过敏。对阿司匹林或其他非甾体抗炎药过敏的患者，对本品也可能过敏。
2.饭后给药或与食物或抗酸药同服，以减少胃肠刺激。
3.一日量超过20mg时，发生胃肠溃疡的危险明显增加。
4.一般在用药开始后7～12天，还难以达到稳定的血药浓度，因此，疗效的评定常须在用药2周后。
5.用药期间如出现过敏反应、血象异常、视力模糊、精神症状、水潴留及严重胃肠反应时，应即停药。
6.过量中毒时应即行催吐或洗胃，并进行支持和对症治疗。
7.下列情况应慎用：有凝血机制或血小板功能障碍时；哮喘；心功能不全或高血压；肾功能不全；老年人。
8.长期用药者应定期复查肝、肾功能及血象。
9.本品为对症治疗药物，必须同时进行病因治疗。
10.能抑制血小板聚集，作用比阿司匹林弱，但可持续到停药后2周。术前和术后应停用。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
